The technical adviser to the Ministry of Finance and of the Budget was speaking at the 11th edition of the annual review of reforms, UEMOA community policies, projects and programs in Senegal. He indicated that “the performances recorded by Senegal reveal a average reform implementation rate of 78.59%.” According to him, the evaluation made in 2024 by the UEMOA made it possible to note “advances” “significant” for Senegal, in terms of the application of the reforms of the regional organization.

“Ten journals were carried out for Senegal, with conclusive results, during the period 2014-2024” he said, specifying that the present review is An opportunity to take stock of current UEMOA programs and projects of execution in Senegal.
