After a simultaneous issuance of 364-day support and resilience bonds (BSR) and 3 and 5-year Treasury recovery bonds (ODR), the Directorate General of Public Accountancy and Treasury of Senegal collected on Friday, November 25, 2022, on the UEMOA financial market the sum of 25.897 billion FCFA.

A report prepared by UMOA-Titres, the organizer of the operation, mentioned that a total of 36,897 billion FCFA francs had been received. In fact, the amount put up for auction by the issuer amounted to 25 billion FCFA, giving a coverage rate of 147.59% of the amount put on auction.

Also, the amount of the rejected tenders was 11 billion FCFA and the one selected was 25.897 billion FCFA, giving an absorption rate of 70.19%. For bonds and 5.33% and 5.62% for 3-year and 5-year bonds, investors whose bids were successful will end up with a weighted average return of 3.53%.
