At the end of the trading session on Thursday, December 8, 2022, most activity on the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM) market was sluggish.

The BRVM 10 index (an index of the 10 top stocks on the stock market) fell by 0.30% to 158.16 points compared to 158.64 points the day before. The BRVM Composite index (general stock market index) thus fell by 0.31% to 191.64 points compared with 192.24 points the day before. On the other hand, the capitalization of the bond market is falling, to 8804.552 billion FCFA compared to 8818.194 billion FCFA the day before (-13.642 billion). While the stock market fell by 18.112 billion, from 5786,366 billion FCFA the day before to 5768,224 billion FCFA on December 8, 2022. On the other hand, the total value of transactions increased slightly, from 432.233 million FCFA to 551.985 million FCFA the day before.

The Flop 5 of the largest price declines are respectively occupied by Total Côte d'Ivoire (minus 7.38% to 1 945 FCFA), Société Ivoirienne de Banque Côte d'Ivoire (less 4.49% to 4 255 FCFA), BOA Mali (less 3.57% to 1 350 FCFA), Sicor Côte d'Ivoire (less 3.23% to 6,000 FCFA) and Bolloré Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.21% to 1,205 FCFA). While the TOP 5 of the largest price increases are respectively occupied by Tractafric Motors Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.00% to 3,180 FCFA), Nestlé Côte d'Ivoire (plus 5.33% to 7,900 FCFA), Compagnie Ivoirienne d'Électricté Côte d'Ivoire (plus 4.86% to 1,940 FCFA), NSIA Banque Côte d'Ivoire (plus 2.27% to 4,500 FCFA) and Côte Sucrivoire Ivory (plus 1.05% to 960 FCFA).
