During the second transaction to issue Mali's State Treasury Bills and Bonds on the subregion's financial market on Wednesday 25 January, the country mobilized an amount of 27,846.75 million FCFA. A coverage rate of adjudication 79.56% of the amount submitted by the successful tenders.

Mali was looking for 35 billion CFA francs for this operation. An amount that is far from being reached. Indeed, the loans of 28 billion FCFA made available to the country were made available with weighted average returns of 6.84% over a 3-year maturity and 6.94% over a 5-year maturity. Subscriptions totalled 13.820 billion and five-year subscriptions totalled 14.02 billion CFA francs for transactions.

Malian investors participated in this mobilization to the tune of more than 21 billion FCFA. Other investors, such as those from Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast and Senegal, also got their hands dirty.
