On Monday, January 30, 2022, the Central Office for the Suppression of Cybercrime (OCRC) arrested five individuals in Djadjo, a neighborhood in the commune of Abomey-Calavi. They seized several items.

A team from the Central Office for the Suppression of Cybercrime (OCRC) carried out an operation on Monday in the Djadjo district, municipality of Abomey-Calavi. She arrested five criminals and seized four (04) push-button phones, sixteen (16) Android phones of different brands, nine (09) SIM cards (MTN and MOOV), four (04) laptops of different brands, six (06) wifi modems, eight (08) bank cards, one (01) VISA Money card and one (01) BOA payment receipt dated January 13, 2023, and sixteen (16) empty of SIMs (MTN and MOOV). The defendants will be presented this Thursday to the Special Prosecutor at the Court for the Suppression of Economic Offences and Terrorism (CRIET).
