Sancfis Faso, a subsidiary of the Sancfis Group, which operates in eight Central and West African countries, including Burkina Faso, is the first company to be admitted to the third compartment of the West African Regional Securities Exchange ( BRVM ).

The ^3rd compartment is designed to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and companies with high growth potential access to long-term capital to accelerate their growth. It also makes it possible to create champions in the main fields of activity within the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA).

The Sancfis group, which entered this category, was created in 1994 by Louis Diakité. It provides telecommunications and IT solutions. The group is headquartered in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, and operates in eight countries in Central and West Africa, including Burkina Faso. It will release 1,500,000 shares at 600 XOF each, or 30% of its share capital, with a first listing scheduled between 25 and 30 March 2023. Sancfis Faso covers services such as telecommunications, systems integration, defense and civil aeronautics electronics, digital identity, and cybersecurity.
