Incorporated in Bermuda in 2022, Reflex Solutions Ltd, an independent reinsurance brokerage firm with operations in Bermuda and with short-term expansion plans in London and the United States, was launched this month of March 2023.

The new company based in Bermuda is led by Neville Ching, an industry veteran with 40 years of brokerage experience. According to Ching, the CEO and founder of ReFlex, the company “spent a year in the workshop” “and I am opening this new business,” he said. According to him, there are opportunities for a new type of brokerage that relies on technology, combined with in-depth brokerage knowledge and expertise.
