Guinea Insurance Plc was committed to satisfying customers and the insurance public with rapid claims resolution and better service delivery, according to the company's management statement.

The company's managing director, Ademola Abidogun revealed at the quarterly CEO forum sponsored by Guinea Insurance Plc in Lagos that the company expects to continue settling all genuine claims promptly. According to him, the company paid total claims of 258 million naira in 2021, even though it paid total claims of 165 million naira in 2022. Similarly, it would revert to profits in 2023, with the after-tax loss having been considerably reduced to 20 million naira in 2022, compared to 700 million naira recorded in 2020 according to Abidogun.

With regard to the company's positive developments, Abidogun believes that the staff at Guinea Insurance have been exceptional, although he praised them for their high competence and reliability.
