L The CCR-UEMOA is working to make strong recommendations to the high authorities of the Union on projects that relate to the institutional enrichment of the general financing ecosystem for the productive sector through a new financing mechanism based on the Funds. Deposits and Consignments (CDC) or equivalent in the Member States of the Union for the benefit of very small, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises or industries, craft enterprises and agro-sylvo-pastoral structures. Indeed, the CCR-UEMOA needs to structure a community institutional framework that dedicates their interventions through financial subsidiaries to innervate sectors and sub-sectors of activity that are poorly or only slightly irrigated by the classical banking and financial system through its projects.
