The populations of the capital of the Béré region are now able to carry out their banking transactions on site thanks to the opening of the new branch in Mankono. This initiative is welcomed by the beneficiaries.

The new bank branch in Mankono was opened on 23 March 2023. Officials, traders and other private sector employees unanimously welcomed this initiative, which alleviates their suffering. According to Mayor Cissé Namory, his citizens were forced to go to Bouaké, a town located 150 kilometers away on an asphalt road, or to Séguéla, about 60 kilometers away on a stretch that was not paved, to carry out their operations, with the exception of those of the Banque Populaire and the Treasury Bank.

For the mayor, “this infrastructure, like many others that have emerged recently, is a relief for us. I am a particularly happy mayor.” In addition, it invites the population to visit these financial institutions. According to the local manager, Coulibaly Martial, this agency is the 84th in the NSIA Banque network.
