A former head of transport tickets at the National Land Transport Agency (AnaTT) in Porto-Novo, an instructor, and an examiner were apprehended while committing fraud and cheating during the driving license exam. It was Thursday, March 30, 2023 in Porto-Novo.

The former head of transport tickets at ANATT in the capital city was caught collecting money from candidates, which he will then give to the examiners. For his part, Monnou Mathieu, an examiner and an instructor, were arrested. They were at work when the game was discovered; and immediately arrested. They will be presented to the public prosecutor.
