The young young man accused of internet fraud tried to dismiss the facts, explaining to the bar that he works in a car wash facility and that he does not engage in cyber scams. So for him, his arrest for cybercrime is unfounded. However, after a confrontation with his statements on PV, he was very quickly contradicted. According to the judge, the young man was posting on his WhatsApp status: address available (ADD available). However, in the jargon of cyber scams, “address available” (ADD) is an announcement made to indicate the availability of an address that can receive the money that the victim is going to send. After the debates, the public prosecutor requested 05 years in prison, including 03 years in prison against the young person.
