SOLIBRA will not distribute dividends for the 2022 financial year. This is indicated by the draft resolution submitted to the vote of shareholders at the next combined general meeting scheduled for May 31, 2023 in Abidjan. This is the second time since 2018 that shareholders of this company will be deprived of dividends.
