The Project for Harmonization and Improvement of Statistics in West and Central Africa (PHASAOC) aims globally to contribute, through an investment of approximately 55 billion FCFA, to the improvement of the national statistical system. According to the Minister of Planning, this PHASAOC project is a continental initiative designed to remedy the shortcomings of statistical systems and support the deployment of the continent's regional integration program. It also aims to contribute to the production of key data to support the planning and monitoring of national and regional policies.
