On 29 May 2023, the Agency for the Financing and Promotion of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (AFP-PME) and the Export Promotion Agency (APEX Burkina) launched the “African Talents Abroad” (TAI) project in Ouagadougou.

African talents abroad will contribute to solving the problem of youth employability through the development of the skills of young graduates from the UEMOA region by facilitating access to international experiences and the strengthening business exports. Thus, this project will extend to all countries in space. It is an initiative supported by the UEMOA Network of Trade Promotion Organizations (ROPC). It is open to all companies based in the community space and targets young graduates aged 21 to 35, of varied skills and space nationals.
