After a simultaneous auction of 182-day and 364-day Treasury equivalent bonds (BAT) and 3-year Treasury equivalent bonds (OAT), on 13 June 2023, Côte d'Ivoire obtained 54.999 billion on the financial market of the West African Monetary Union (UMOA) CFA.

In order to meet the financing needs of its budget, the State of Côte d'Ivoire raised 54.999 billion FCFA on June 13, 2023 on the UEMOA financial market. According to UMOA-Securities, the issuer had auctioned an amount of 50 billion FCFA. The amount of global bids amounts to 88.919 billion FCFA. This gives a coverage rate of 177.64% of the amount put up for auction

The amount of successful submissions is 54.999 billion FCFA and the rejected one at 33.819 billion FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 61.92%. Vouchers are redeemable on the first business day following the due date of December 12, 2023 for 182-day securities and June 11, 2024 for 364-day securities. As for interest, it is payable in advance and deducted from the nominal value of the bonds

The principal repayment of the bonds is scheduled on the first business day following the due date of June 14, 2026. On the other hand, interest at the rate of 5.50% will be paid annually, starting at the end of the first year
