L'ancien directeur général du FER est poursuivi pour des faits de “ embezzlement of public funds, illicit enrichment, corruption, money laundering & nbsp; of capital and overinvoicing”, relating in particular to the amounts of 10 billion 510 million 112 thousand 592 Guinean francs; 387 thousand 489 dollars, and 71 thousand 730 euros to the detriment of the Guinean State. Similarly, he was accused of having overbilled the cost of purchasing (85 billion Guinean francs) of a complex consisting of a main R+6 building and an R+2 duplex built on an area of approximately 2,000 m², located in the Cameroon district, in the commune of Dixinn and housing the headquarters of

the Road Maintenance Fund.

At the hearing last Monday, the special prosecutor of the Court for the Suppression of Economic and Financial Offences (CRIEF) therefore requested 2 years including a suspended sentence and twenty billion Guinean francs (20,000,000,000 GNF) in fines against the latter.
