The aim of this fundraising is to meet the financing needs of its budget.
UMOA-Securities indicates that the issuer had auctioned an amount of FCFA 115 billion. The total amount of tenders amounts to 120,445 billion FCFA. This gives a coverage rate of 104.73% for the amount put up for tender. The amount of the tenders selected was 120,425 billion FCFA and the rejected one was 20 million FCFA. This gives an absorption rate of 99.98%
