The objective of CRRH-UEMOA's new five-year plan is to increase the impact of CRRH-UEMOA in terms of housing acquisition financing by tripling activity in 5 years. To achieve this objective, the Fund will improve its operating method and the quality of its services, control the risk so as not to compromise its financial rating, and expand its activities. To this end, three areas of intervention will be implemented. This will involve refinancing with new methods of origination, securitization, allowing banks to lighten their balance sheets, then guarantee, which is a complementary solution that will eventually eliminate mortgage applications.
