The Togo Public Treasury has raised 23.440 billion FCFA on the UEMOA financial market to ensure the coverage of the financing needs of the country's state budget. It was Friday, August 25, 2023, following a simultaneous issuance of the auction of 364-day treasury equivalent bonds (BAT) and 3- and 5-year treasury equivalent bonds (OATs)

The issuer had put up for tender an amount of 25 billion FCFA for the needs of the operation. He ended up with global bids of 26.907 billion FCFA, representing a coverage rate of 107.63% of the amount put up for auction. The amount of tenders selected was 23.440 billion FCFA and that rejected was 3.467 billion FCFA, representing an absorption rate of 87.12%
