Gold rose on Friday and was ready for a second consecutive weekly gain. U.S. gold futures rose 0.2% to $1,969.40. Spot gold gained 0.2% to $1,942.56 per ounce at 01:30 GMT, looking set for a weekly gain of more than 1% after prices hit one-month highs on Wednesday
.As for the other metals, they are also on track to make weekly gains. Platinum rose 0.3% to 970.23 dollars and palladium jumped 1.6% to 1233.63 dollars. While cash rose 0.4% to $24.53
per ounce.
