The Brazilian state-owned oil company Petrobras presented new initiatives on Wednesday, September 13, aimed at making the company the largest wind energy developer in Brazil.

Petrobras said in a press release on Tuesday 12, that CEO Jean Paul Prates and Mauricio Tolmasquim, responsible for the energy transition and sustainable development of Petrobras, will present these initiatives. Tolmasquim said Petrobras is evaluating partnerships for new projects and potential mergers and acquisitions, as the company seeks to boost its green energy projects.
