The organizers of the 5th edition of the International Exhibition of Real Estate and Modern Materials (S2IM) announced on Friday, September 22, that this edition will take place from October 4 to 9 in Cotonou.

“Adapting housing to new challenges” is the theme planned for the 5th edition of S2IM, which is intended to be a space for visibility, business, exchanges, partnerships and opportunities to allow players to gain a significant share of the market, establish their leadership and increase their turnover. The promoter of this exhibition Keyindé Amadou indicated that “housing in Africa is facing several challenges, such as urban growth, health crises and global warming. Several experts are invited to this exhibition to express their views on this theme for solution approaches that contribute to improvement.”
