With the aim of implementing the activities of the second phase of the Programme to Support Agricultural Development and Rural Entrepreneurship (PADAER 2), producers in the Kedougou region (south-east) benefited last Tuesday from capacity building on citizen engagement.

During the training session held on Tuesday, Cheikhou Oumar Ndiaye, trainer at the CNCR level, indicated that this is a “mission of the CNCR and the PADAER to recall the agricultural activities of the most vulnerable local producers in Kedougou”. According to the latter, this training is set up to promote a peaceful climate of cooperation for the implementation of PADAER 2 between vulnerable target populations for a good coordination unit of the project and the partners
