In order to promote the free movement of goods and services within its Member States by creating a system, UEMOA has taken a major initiative.

The initiative taken by UEMOA aims to address obstacles such as customs barriers, administrative delays and border controls that have long held back the economic potential of member states. It is an alert system that is a platform that is the result of fruitful collaboration between the UEMOA member states and the UEMOA Commission. This platform aims to dematerialize the grant of community origin, which should contribute to the elimination of numerous administrative obstacles hindering regional trade
