It was during a session at the Palace of Democracy on November 16, 2023

The bill presented last Thursday is entitled Draft law ratifying Ordinance No. 007/PT/2023 of 1 August 2023. Its vision is to establish an Independent Authority to Combat Corruption. The bill was put to the vote after a detailed presentation by Minister SGG and a general debate, with the national councillors showing their support for this reform by an overwhelming majority. The ballot recorded 145 votes in favour, 2 abstentions and 3 votes
