(ZES) de Diass démarreront le mardi 5 décembre prochain, avec l' arrivée des premières industries qui commenceront à s' y installer .

The CEO of APIX indicated that “businesses will start setting up from December 5 to get the job started.” According to Abdoulaye Baldé, this economic and special zone is “the most important” and is one of the four functional to date, out of five across the country. The special economic zone should ultimately help create 50,000 to 80,000 jobs and contribute 4.5 points to the country's overall GDP. Abdoulaye Baldé emphasized the importance of coming to share with regional actors on this important project, built on 718 hectares and launched on 31 October last year by President Macky
