C'était le 13 décembre dernier qu' un Country Partnership Framework 2023-2027 has been launched, with the vision of supporting growth dynamics and leading Côte d'Ivoire towards an income country upper tier intermediary. It is an initiative of the Ivorian government and the World Bank

The Minister in charge of Economy, Planning and Development, Nialé Kaba announced that “the dynamism of cooperation with the World Bank has materialized in the diversification and increase in the volume of the portfolio, which currently consists of 33 active projects of a total amount of nearly 6 billion US dollars. These projects are aligned with national development priorities, and their implementation should contribute to strengthening growth dynamics and improving the well-being of populations.”

A en croire the Minister of Finance and Budget, Adama Coulibaly, this review should serve as a framework for presenting the transversal difficulties inherent in the execution of projects in addition to the problems specific to each stakeholder.
