Its American equivalent, a barrel of West Texas Intermediate (WTI), for delivery in February, rose by 2.83% to 74.06 dollars. According to Bjarne Schieldrop, an analyst at Seb, oil prices are rising “following the attack by the United States and the United Kingdom against more than 60 Houthi rebel targets in
Yemen”.
