Oil prices fell at the end of this week. Geopolitical tensions and disruptions in American oil production due to a cold spell were offset by concerns about slower demand growth in China

West Texas Intermediate (WTI) oil futures slid 3 cents to $74.05, while Brent oil futures lost 17 cents, or 0.2%, to $78.93 per barrel at 0151 GMT. Both references, which gained around 2%, are on track to end the week with an increase of around 1% to 2%.
