Le mardi 30 janvier 2024, un partenariat stratégique and a major investment agreement has been announced by Omega Sports Holding (OSH) and the Racing Club d'Abidjan (RCA). This will allow OSH to become a minority shareholder in the RCA.

The strategic partnership between OSH and RCA is the trigger for a new phase of RCA's growth. Indeed, OSH will invest in order to contribute to the development of the sports, commercial and social operations of the RCA, and to finalize the project to expand the training and living center built on 7 hectares of land. He will also provide expertise that aims to support the club in the pursuit of its goals. OSH aims to increase the value of its portfolio of sports organizations and to significantly impact the sports economy in the world but particularly in Africa and Côte d'Ivoire.
