L'Etat malien a mis en adjudication une somme de 25 billion FCFA and obtained with global submissions of 25,775 billion FCFA. This gives a coverage rate of the amount put up for auction of 111.10%. The amount of the rejected bids is 276 million FCFA, i.e. an absorption rate of 99.01% and that selected at 27.499 billion FCFA.
