Suspicion of embezzlement of 2,500,000 CFA francs from citizen subscriptions intended for the purchase of an ambulance by the ex-Mayor of the Commune of Houndé, in complicity with his Manager, and of suspicion of corruption of the ex-Mayor by the manager of a real estate company with amounts of money for the signing of project documents real estate in the Commune of Houndé are the grievances blamed on the management of the Houndé City Hall.
