Moove secured $100 million in Series B funding. The company said the round brings total equity funding to $250 million and debt financing to $210 million since its launch in 2020.

Moove, a fintech mobility startup, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $100 million in Series B funding. The round, led by Uber, includes contributions from its previous investor Mubadala, as well as new investors such as The Latest Ventures, Africinvest, Palm Drive Capital, Triatlum Advisors AG and Future Africa. BofA Securities provided strategic financial advice for the transaction

According to the startup, this investment will allow it to expand globally, expanding its operations to 16 markets by the end of 2025. Moove said the financing will allow the company to add 45,000 new vehicles to its fleet, with a focus on electric vehicles (EVs), strengthening its commitment to a more sustainable and accessible mobility ecosystem for its customers around the world
