The Director General for West and Central Africa of the United Nations Population Fund announced that the Fund will organize a global youth summit from 04 to 05 April in Cotonou, Benin, in Cotonou, Benin.

The Global Youth Summit is part of the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD).
