.At the stand on Thursday, March 28, Lucien Haba admitted to having actually subtracted the amount in question. “On Monday, March 18, 2024, I was at the cash register. A customer gave me 11 million and I declared 10 million. The customer called to complain. On Tuesday, I recognized and brought the money back. I paid the million into the customer's account. I don't know why I took a million,” he said. He was sentenced to 1 year suspended prison sentence and paid 2,000,000 Guinean francs in damages to Skye Bank
