La première Obligation Sociale from l ' UEMOA called “FCTC Electricity Pour Tous 2023-2038” is listed on the Regional Stock Exchange (BRVM). The announcement was made by the PEPT Fund (Electricity For All Program)

The listing of FCTC Electricity Pour Tous 2023-2038 took place after the successful issuance of 6,000,000 bonds which took place from October 30 to November 20, 2023 under the leadership of a consortium of Intermediation Management Companies (SGI) made up of BOAs Capital Securities and NSIA FINANCE. These bonds, with a nominal value of 10,000 CFA francs, were issued in three maturities of 7, 10 and 15 years at rates of 7%, 7.25% and 7.5% respectively. Corinne Ormon representing Dr. Edoh Kossi AMENOUNVE, Director General of the BRVM, was pleased to welcome a new title.
