The “Diversification, Industrial Acceleration, Competitiveness and Jobs” (DAICE) program was officially launched last week by the Ivorian Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

The DAICE program aims to strengthen economic diversification, green transition and industrial development through funding. A program worth a total of 117 billion CFA francs (about 194 million dollars), it is supported by the African Development Bank (BAD ) and the African Growing Together Fund (AGTF), and co-financed by the People's Bank of China and the bad. The DAICE program includes three areas. This involves strengthening the competitiveness of the priority clusters of the National Development Plan 2021-2025, improving access to financing for SMEs, and supporting economic diversification and the promotion of private investments
