The Regional Project for Access to Electricity and Battery Storage Technologies aims to expand access to electricity and contribute to the stabilization and improvement of energy flows in the transmission system. The ADB mission assessed the progress made in the implementation of the project at the level of each country and ECOWAS in general, to discuss the difficulties encountered in its implementation and to identify the measures to be taken to accelerate the implementation process.
