Gaza Strip: Israel accused of a “massacre”

The Palestinian presidency and Hamas accused Israel of having committed a “massacre.” Israel is said to have targeted a center for displaced persons near Rafah, in the south of the Gaza Strip. New Caledonia: emergency measures lifted

The state of emergency will be lifted on Tuesday morning in New Caledonia. The situation is gradually falling after two weeks of riots in Nouméa and its surroundings, even if the situation remains difficult in several neighborhoods.
