Following the investigations carried out by the controllers, the offender who was illegally involved in the distribution of lubricating oils was unmasked. The latter carried out its activities without title in disregard of the regulations in force, thus jeopardizing consumer safety and the integrity of the market. In total, 721 20-liter cans were seized by the controllers. The exercise of the distribution activity of petroleum products and derivatives is subject to the possession of a license.
