The Minister of Commerce of Togo, Rose Kayi-Mivedor has inaugurated an innovative online platform allowing very small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Togo to reach a major digital milestone.

The innovative online platform initiated marks a decisive turning point for access to information and the economic development of Togolese SMEs. The online platform makes the SME charter, adopted in 2021, easily accessible to all companies concerned. This charter aims to boost the MSME sector by segmenting them into four distinct categories based on turnover, thus allowing for fairer and more equitable assessment and support

Businesses that join the platform can consult the charter, obtain essential information and apply for financing mechanisms adapted to their needs. This approach requires a financial commitment that is proportionate to the size of the company, thus guaranteeing equitable access to resources
