The loan agreement to finance the project to support agropastoral development, digitalization and market access in Guinea, the agreement ratifying a loan for the construction of a mother-child hospital in Coyah, and the law on authorization for the ratification of the credit agreement are the three agreements signed by the national transition advisers.

The first loan agreement to finance the project to support agropastoral development, digitalization and market access in Guinea was signed on 3 August 2023 and for an amount of 21 million USD. The second to ratify a loan for the construction of a mother-child hospital in Coyah was signed on November 9, 2023 between Guinea and the Saudi Fund for Development, for an amount of 75 million USD. Finally, the law authorizing the ratification of the credit agreement between Guinea and the French Development Agency (AFD) for the financing of the project to improve access to electricity in forest Guinea (PAAEGF), for an amount of 60 million euros, signed on April 23,
