Under an Extraordinary General Assembly (EGM) scheduled for August 13, 2024, BOA Mali announces an increase of 9.150 billion CFA francs in its capital by incorporating reserves and bonuses.

The shareholders of BOA Mali will meet at the head office of the banking institution. They will put under the microscope this capital increase, which will go from 18.300 billion FCFA to 27.450 billion FCFA by incorporating into the capital all emission premiums for an amount of 5.917 billion FCFA, all optional reserves for an amount of 1.518 billion FCFA and part of the deferral again for an amount of 1.713 billion FCFA. The BOA Mali will issue 9.150 million new shares with a nominal value of 1,000 FCFA each, allocated free of charge to shareholders at the rate of one new share for two
