The defendants in this case are arrested and placed under arrest for “complicity in abuse of office and complicity in fraud in competitions and exams”. The Court for the Suppression of Economic Offences and Terrorism (CRIET) found the defendants guilty of the charges against them. According to the prosecution, the two Anatt agents and the monitor are suspected of having accepted money to facilitate the success of two candidates for the driving license exam.
