Vista Group Holding announced that it had succeeded in expanding its presence in Africa by financing the acquisition of 100% of Banco Société Générale Moçambique.

Banco Société Générale Moçambique, which currently has eight (08) branches, will be renamed Vista Bank Moçambique. The acquisition of Banco Société Générale Moçambique represents an important step in the Vista Bank Group's journey towards its goal of becoming a world-class pan-African financial services group, with operations in 25 countries by 2026.
