Togo was looking for 30 billion FCFA via a simultaneous issuance of bonds (BAT) and Assimilable Treasury Bonds (OAT). Investors proposed an envelope of 33.5 billion FCFA, or 111.67% coverage rate.
12.3 billion FCFA were collected thanks to the BAT stipulated on the maturity of 182 days at multiple interest rates. And the remaining 17.1 billion CFA francs were mobilized via OATs issued over 3 and 4 years, with respective rates of 6.15%
