The management of the Bourse Régionale des Valeurs Mobilières (BRVM) announced that the first BRVM listing of the bond issue entitled “State of Mali 3% 2024-2031” in the amount of 50.396 billion FCFA will take place on Wednesday September 11, 2024.

Through the National Directorate of Treasury and Public Accounting (DGTCP), the State of Mali issued this bond in order to mobilize resources in order to ensure the coverage of its financing needs. It is in this context that the issuer broadcast these titles to the public from 18 to 25 July 2024 at the price of 10,000 FCFA per bond. At the end of the operation, 5,039,600 Government of Mali bonds 3% 2024-2031 were subscribed for a total amount of 50.396 billion CFA francs on the UEMOA regional financial market. The trading session for this bond, admitted to the BRVM bond compartment, aims to promote the trading of securities on the regional financial market. Another advantage is to boost the market capitalization of the bond market. At the end of the trading session on August 28, 2024, this capitalization stood at 10 369.248 billion CFA francs against 10 368.132 billion CFA the day before, an increase of 1.116 billion CFA francs
