At the end of the trading session on Friday, August 30, 2024, the Regional Securities Exchange (BRVM), recorded more than 2.200 billion FCFA in transactions thanks to a high value traded on Sonatel shares.

The value of these transactions was in fact 2.239 billion CFA compared to 723.273 million FCFA the day before. At the origin of these strong transactions, there is a trading value of 2.106 billion CFA francs on the equity market. In particular, the market recorded transactions involving 80,571 Sonatel shares at the price of 22,500 FCFA, i.e. a total value of 1,812,694,940 FCFA

The capitalization of the equity market stood at 9,310.997 billion FCFA against 9,305.286 billion FCFA on Thursday, August 29, 2024, an increase of 5,711 billion FCFA on Thursday, August 29, 2024, an increase of 5.711 billion. The Top 5 of the largest price increases are occupied respectively by Servair Abidjan Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.50% to 2,795 FCFA), BOA Senegal (plus 7.50% to 3,370 FCFA), BOA Senegal (plus 7.50% to 3,370 FCFA), BOA Mali (plus 7.49% to 1,650 FCFA), Unilever Côte d'Ivoire (plus 7.47% to 6,405 FCFA)) and AGL ex Bolloré Côte d'Ivoire (plus 6.54% at 1,385 FCFA).

The Flop 5 of the largest price drops is occupied by Air Liquide Côte d'Ivoire (minus 7.14% to 650 FCFA), Bernabé Côte d'Ivoire (minus 6.55% to 1,355 FCFA), BICICI Côte d'Ivoire (minus 6.55% to 1,355 FCFA), Total Senegal (minus 4.78% to 2,190 FCFA), Total Senegal (minus 4.78% to 2,190 FCFA) FCFA) and Uniwax Côte d'Ivoire (minus 3.53% to 410 FCFA).
