.Operation Doli-P 2024-2031 is fully in line with BOAD's DJOLIBA strategic plan. This plan aims to optimize asset management while mobilizing funds to support strategic projects in key sectors such as natural resources, human capital and infrastructure. Through this operation, BOAD optimizes the allocation of its own funds, thus facilitating their redeployment to finance new development projects. The institution is thus strengthening its financial profile, pursuing its strategic objectives as well as its commitment to sustainable economic and social development in the UEMOA region. The first Doli-P 2023-2030 transaction, which raised 150 billion CFA francs, following the securitization of a sovereign debt portfolio held by BOAD, was successful, as evidenced by the awards received, in particular the prestigious award for innovative operation at the BRVM Awards
2024.Il faut noter que BOAD Securitization, is a public limited company with a capital of 500 million CFA francs, of which BOAD is the main shareholder (99.99%). It was created in 2011. It is the first company to obtain the approval of the AMF UMOA as an FCTC management company. It plays a central role in the development of securitization in UEMOA countries, allowing BOAD to mobilize resources on a large scale to finance priority sectors in the region
